This website was developed for a local Realtor in the Muskoka, Ontario area. Muskoka Life offers Real Estate services for buyers/sellers. The client required the website was to have a definite Muskoka feel, but bringing it up to speed in terms of today's design aesthetics and functionality.
This site needed to be responsive so that anyone could view it on any device. In addition to that this site has the weather, sharing directly to social media and a few built in forms at different touch points to improve user experience. The listings are pulled in the the MLS listings API so the listings are always up-to-date.
The minimal approach I took to the design really helped balance the content with the layout. I particularly like the header on the website, which disappears when scrolling down to make more room on smaller devices, and then returns when scrolling up.
